  2. Supplier Selection — We identify verified manufacturers for your product category, compare capabilities, and present options with pricing, lead times, and MOQ information. You choose the direction.

  3. Sampling — We request samples, manage revisions, and get written confirmation of the approved specifications before production starts. No production begins without a signed-off sample.

  4. Production Monitoring — We track production progress with the factory, schedule mid-production checks on longer orders, and confirm packing and carton labeling before inspection.

  5. Pre-Shipment Inspection — A full AQL inspection is conducted before goods are released. You receive a report with photos, measurement check results, and packing verification.

  6. Export and Logistics — We coordinate freight (sea, air, or express courier based on urgency and volume), prepare export documentation, and manage consolidation where orders cover multiple suppliers.
